Sonnax offers heavy-duty forged front cover CH-CC-5 for the Chrysler 45RFE torque converters. This cover is machined from a forging allowing the wall thickness to be increased where needed. The added thickness between the friction ring and the mounting pads increases the stiffness of the front cover. This cover is furnished with no balance weights.
